At Mae Chesney Pilates, we believe in the transformative power of movement to help us live more comfortably in our bodies and bring us home to ourselves.
Our classes offer a unique blend of contemporary Pilates, barre work, weight training and fascial release techniques.
Mae Chesney is a certified STOTT Pilates® instructor, a professional ballet dancer and a lifelong student of movement with over 15 years of teaching experience and a focus in women's health.
We’ll work together to redefine what’s possible as we age and grow—the best is yet to come.
