At Mae Chesney Pilates, we believe in the transformative power of movement to help us live more comfortably in our bodies and bring us home to ourselves.

Our classes offer a unique blend of contemporary Pilates, ballet inspired standing work, and somatic embodiment practices.

Mae Chesney is a lifelong student of movement, certified STOTT Pilates® instructor, and professional ballet dancer with over 15 years of teaching experience and a specialty in embodiment practices and helping clients manage their pain.
